Silicon Drive ("Silicon Drive", "Company", "Platform", "we", "our" or "us"), a proprietary concern having its registered office at No. 212/4, 4th Floor, Bellary Road, Sadashivanagar, Bangalore – 560080; and Ground Floor, 72/2, Railway Parallel Road, 4th Block, Kumara Park West, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru – 560020, operates a technology-enabled mobility aggregation platform through its mobile application, website and associated digital interfaces ("Platform").
The Platform facilitates technology-enabled transportation and mobility services by connecting passengers, Driver-Partners, Fleet Partners, transport operators, corporate customers and other authorized users through digital interfaces. Silicon Drive functions as a technology intermediary and does not ordinarily own, operate or control vehicles or employ Driver-Partners unless expressly stated otherwise under applicable law.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including passengers, Driver-Partners, Fleet Partners, corporate customers, transport vendors, authorized representatives and visitors, and governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure and protection of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Silicon Drive may collect precise or approximate location information of passengers, Driver-Partners and vehicles before, during and after trips where necessary for ride allocation, navigation, safety, fraud prevention, customer support, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and other legitimate business purposes.
Location information may also be processed through Silicon Drive's control room infrastructure for passenger safety, emergency assistance, fleet monitoring and compliance with applicable transport regulations.
For onboarding and compliance purposes, we may collect:

8A. REGULATORY RETENTION OF TRIP DATA
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Policy, Silicon Drive shall retain trip records, ride logs, GPS records, booking information, dispatch records, vehicle records and other transportation-related information records for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of completion of the trip or for such longer period as may be required under applicable law, governmental directives, judicial orders or regulatory requirements.
Such records may be preserved and produced before competent authorities, transport regulators, law-enforcement agencies or courts in accordance with applicable law, including the Karnataka On-Demand Transportation Technology Aggregators Rules, 2016 and any amendments thereto.

Silicon Drive implements reasonable security practices and procedures designed to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Silicon Drive shall endeavor to ensure that all material operational databases containing user and driver-partner information remain hosted and maintained within India unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Silicon Drive operates a technology-enabled mobility platform facilitating transportation services among users, Driver-Partners, Fleet Partners and other service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Silicon Drive acts solely as a technology intermediary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silicon Drive shall not be responsible for:
• Actions or omissions of driver-partners;
• Passenger conduct;
• Vehicle-related incidents;
• Third-party services;
• Unauthorized access arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
This Privacy Policy shall not be construed as a comprehensive statement of Silicon Drive's legal liabilities, indemnities, insurance obligations or intermediary protections. Users are advised to read and refer to the Platform Intermediary Liability Disclaimer, Insurance & Indemnity Disclosure, Terms and Conditions and other platform policies published by Silicon Drive, which shall operate in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Silicon Drive reserves the right to amend, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time.
Updated versions shall be published on the Platform and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
21. CCTV / DASHCAM / AUDIO RECORDING
Certain vehicles may be equipped with CCTV cameras, dashboard cameras, telematics devices or emergency recording systems for passenger safety, accident investigation, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Where audio recording functionality is available, recording shall be carried out only where legally permissible and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
22. EMERGENCY CONTACT SHARING
Where a user activates an emergency, SOS or safety feature, Silicon Drive may share real-time trip information, live location, driver details, vehicle information and other relevant safety information with the user's nominated emergency contacts, emergency service providers, law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities, to the extent reasonably necessary for protecting life, safety or complying with applicable law.
23. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may request deletion of their account. Certain records, including ride history, invoices, payment records, tax records, complaint records, safety records and other information required for legal, regulatory, audit, fraud prevention or dispute resolution purposes, may continue to be retained for the applicable retention period.
24. PAYMENT TOKENIZATION
Silicon Drive does not collect or store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV information or internet banking credentials. Payment transactions are processed by RBI-compliant payment service providers and payment gateways using tokenization, encryption and other industry-standard security measures, as applicable.
25. BUSINESS TRANSFER
In the event of a merger, acquisition, amalgamation, restructuring, insolvency, financing transaction or sale of all or substantially all of Silicon Drive's business or assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards to ensure continued protection of such data.
26. PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS
Silicon Drive may share limited personal information with authorized third-party integration partners, service providers or technology providers solely for enabling Platform functionality, payment processing, navigation, mapping, communication services, customer support, analytics, regulatory compliance or other legitimate business purposes. Such partners shall be contractually obligated to protect personal data and process it only for the authorized purposes.
